The fresh fish and chips are good but the senior fryer went out of their way to ensure I had an older large cod and it was massively dry, should probably change their policy to cook on order or chuck the old fish to avoid reviews and greater loss of revenue as my never coming back. Be warned. Senior fryer told the junior server to change the fish for another. Caught you; lost me. Attached pics one lovely fresher fish and the bludgeoned remains of my dried up fish.

Excellent Fish & Chips every time. Crispy batter and luscious thick cod. Regular portion of chips enough for the 2 of us with a large cod and regular cod. Service is always great just remember to order the large cod when you get there to avoid waiting.

Best Fish an chips I have had in ST Austell, am willing to pay for quality within reason. Prices on the high side, but quality when I have been is second to none

Being a cat I love fish. This is the most overpriced chip shop ever. The portion sizes are miniscule so expensive. I won't be back. Oh well better go scavenging. Rip off!

The best Fish and Chip shop around. We have never been disappointed! Easy to park and very friendly staff. It's a very busy little takeaway. I'm always happy to wait a few minutes as it is all freshly cooked. Would definitely recommend.
