We used to eat here on a regular basis but then moved 30 miles away. It was always good food and drink back then. On mothers day 2018 I took a dear friend to lunch. Food and drink 5* both had roast dinner. But unfortunately our reservation was next to the front door. Being one of the busiest Sundays within the year we were frozen and ate with our thick coats on as lots of people were in and out of the door. We asked to move but all tables were full....never the less food was 5*

Superb food at the Holmbush. We typically visit a few times a year and it never disappoints. They allow dogs as well which is a bonus. Great friendly service as well

Love it down here at the holmbush! All staff are always great when I've visited here. The food menu is affordable and simple, great for the kids too or even a small plate for yourself if you're not too hungry. Will always return here for a meal or just a drink or 2.

Large, warm and inviting pub. Best steak I've had in ages. Sent first one back as it was bloody and I asked for medium well done. Food lush, service good. The lady was very apologetic. Gave me another full meal with second steak.

We always love us pub. So many other eateries are seen locally as rip-off establishments, especially when the tourists are around. The staff are wonderful at The Holmbush, he food always reliable and excellent value. I really good other pubs/restaurants follow suit.
