Very disappointed in the service from Rapid Online I ordered an item clearly showing delivery date of 7 days - called 12 days later only to be told the goods will not be with me till the end of the month. Staff member i spoke to lacked any empathy. Poor Show as i had ordered before. I will not use them again.

Completely terrible.  Missed my company delivery and no feedback on new delivery.  When I emailed them (after they missed the date they promised to come back to me by), I got an out of office from the sales person!  Shockingly bad service, for something we paid up-front for, most certainly wont be using them again
