I ordered several items and received all in good time.  One item was faulty and, after a call to their customer service centre, I was sent a new item free of charge with no need to return the faulty unit.  Hassle free and superb customer service

Never again.
Bought two items one was faulty and took a couple of weeks to sort out cost me the postage and phone calls other item developed a faulty and had to be returned for repair, I was told a maximum of 4 weeks, its been 7 and still no sign of a replacement they don't even know where mine is, struggling to get a refund even tough they admit they are unsure as to its location or when it will be back, just get told in a few days next week etc.
I will never use them again, looks like I will have to take them to the small claims court to get my money back.

I ordered 2 of the SAME item and Conrad sent me 1 correct item and 1 completely different item, don't trust them to send what you pay for......
