Hard work finding staff who know what they are doing. Must be the worst store.....

No staff on shop floor . Lawn mower not priced up when I finally found a staff member he didn't know the price he said also he didn't have the instructions book so was unable to sell it to me.

Far more organised than the cow shed that stores many of the goods in Homebase Stanway wasting so much of my time. However, both stores have extremely helpful staff. Bought what I needed at a reasonable price. Both stores need much updating to make the shopping experience more enjoyable. Store layout. Consistent stock coding. Correctly labeling and pricing of goods. Improved online pictures and descriptions. Correct stock records.
