Do the staff actually know they are employed and working? Don't really know what products they sell and don't really know much overall. Such a shame.

I went in looking for a kitchen for a flat that we were doing up to rent out. The team were very helpful taking me through all the options available to find the right product for me. I left the store feeling like I had everything I needed and that if I had any questions about the products they would always be there to help me. I would recommend these guys if you are looking for value for money and service with a smile.

You can buy coping / capping stones for the length of your brick wall but you can't buy the capping for the pillars as they don't stock them in the 280x280? They can't order them in as it is not a stocked item and they also do not transfer stock between branches. Your only option is to drive 15 miles to the next nearest branch or order online and pay £30.00 for delivery. Not really on when you only want two to finish a project. I'm a little shocked, why the hell would you stock the normal capping but not the ones for the pillars? Someone in management needs to look into this.

Really good customer service. Wasn't sure exactly what I needed for the job ...diy isnt my thing but the staff helped me out with their suggestions. And No they didn't give me the most expensive option as you would expect some companies to do. Fantastic service would definitely recommend 😀
