Clean and tidy spacious room. The room I had was quiet. Tea and coffee facilities provided. There is also limited parking on the forecourt. That said, there's no breakfast available and no toiletries provided. The friendly owner is in the process of selling the b&b, due to health. Please note that this is cash only, no credit or debit cards are accepted.
Visited on the weekend June 28th and 29th 2014 me and my partner last minute booked on the 27th June. Joy very polite and helpful. Very good location with the town and the beach both in walking distance. On Arrival had parking right out side the property will fit approx three cars but if need more parking can park on the street. lovely welcome from Joy who kindly showed us to our room for the night and guided us on things to do in the town. also asked what time we would like breakfast in the morning. The room was lovely bright and clean with en-suite with shower, double bed, TV and tray with tea coffee kettle. The double bed very comfortable and had a choice of pillows soft and a memory form if you prefer and harder pillow. me and my partner had a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast had a full English the serving is sausage, egg, mushrooms, tomato, bacon and toast. before breakfast there is a selection of cereal and a niece glass of apple juice. choice of tea and coffee is provided by Joy.
11th/March/2017. Joy was very welcoming on my arrival to her B&B, very comfortable room, Will certainly book with Joy again on my next visit. Thank you.
Stayed Hear from the 3rd of August till the 5th of August 2018 on arrival joy was very helpful show us to our room which had a double bed tv ensuite and coffee making facilities the room was very clean breakfast was a full English with cereals to start if you wanted and tea or coffee it was a very enjoyable stay two good nights sleep in a comfortable bed would definitely stop at joys again very friendly and helpful lady Sandra and Peter
Lovely little bnb clean and good English food.
