Good spot for Felixstowe. Easy walk to the sea. Lidl close by for convenience. 

Good restaurant and decor.

Room 212 air conditioning can be heard at night. Might bother a light sleeper, but sure they would move you to a diff room if requested.

It is the second visit for two night stay. All very good. Mike the manager extremely helpful. Young man on desk Friday night deserves a badge. 
Breakfast chef only to pleased to help

Good service nice clean rooms. All modern. Just bit pricey and the views not best in Felixstowe but opposite shops and restaurants open late near sea.

Room was very nice, spacious. Needed an extra quilt at 3am and the staff were able to sort one for me very quickly
