Peaceful site with excellent facilities. The staff are very pleasant although it is quite easy to spot the sourpuss and abrupt gent mentioned in other reviews. This all adds to the fun. The site egress could be improved. We had seasonal WASPS for neighbours during our stay but we found "Leave them alone and they leave you alone" works very well. Taking all this into account the site still warrants 5 stars out of 5. The access road could be better but take it slow, use good manners and give way to the occasional "Richard Cranium" and you will have no problems.
Fantastic site. Very busy. Well kept and very clean the baby facility's that include a small bath have been a amazing. Make sure you follow directions in to site or you could get stuck, I'm talking from experience! Would definitely return
A fabulously friendly group of staff and excellent facilities. Love the dog paddock. Also one for kids/ballgames and play area. Very well managed and tucked away. Excellent site. Nothing but praise.
Neat and tidy site, well positioned for local resorts such as Paignton and Torquay. Rest room's cleaned to a good standard. Dog walk is huge. Welcome to the site for one very miserable warden could have been avoided. Road to site extremely narrowed in place's. Do not use Garmin caravan and motor home club navigation to find the site. Avoid Yalburton Road your van or large motor home will not go down this Road, navigation tries to take you this way. On the whole very pleasant stay. Most of the wardens very friendly.
Good clean facilities, well laid out with lots of trees. C&M WiFi and TV worked. Friendly and helpful greeting on arrival.

Superb, from the moment we arrived till we left. Great welcome from a friendly team of wardens oops managers now. Neat, tidy and clean site well done to you all.. Bus stop outside the gate in to Paignton then buses or train to anywhere you want to go..
A nice setting in the Devon countryside. Very clean and well run by the Caravan and Motorhome Club. A bus stop right outside takes passengers to Paignton where buses go to other local towns, including Plymouth. Well worth a visit if you are a caravanner/motorhome owner. Playground: A safe surface children's playground in it's own secure field. Restrooms: Facilities are modern and kept very clean. Dog-friendliness: Huge dog safe exercise field.
Lovely site, very clean and well run. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Devon ....thankyou Fiona and Team we had a great time!
