Excellent customer service and quality assurance. Accommodation immaculate, great facilities, and first class service., Staff communication, and polite, attentive to details, and queries. I highly recommend you to stay there.
Absolutely discussed with the bar at this resort all week you are paying 1 price for your drink when you then question the increased price you are made to feel as thou you are lying to them. Been to better holiday parks around the country. Will definitely won't go again and will not be recommending this place to anyone shame because entertainment staff do so well. While people do not question the costs for over priced beer and spirits I don't know, last weekend of a 2 week holiday spoilt by untrained immature staff
Never used pool but club was quiet if you don't like noise
The caravan itself is wonderful. The campsite is set over 2 sides of a road. The better side is the side with the main club house and reception. View of the sea etc. The other side. No real view. The campsite could easily get a higher rating if they invested in the indoor pool and outdoor pool area. To give the site a wow. The entertainment on the night is what is expected from a campsite. The staff are friendly and get the kids and adults involved.
I've been coming here since 1999 and it is still as great as ever, if not better. Very friendly staff and everything you could need is on site.
This is a perfect place for a family holiday, I live in the neighbourhood and in the summer I can always hear music coming from the kids club. The swimming pool is a family friendly area , there is also an outside pool in the summer which is always clean!! The gym isn’t big but it has immediate equipment perfect for a short stay. The restaurant is lovely with a variety of meals to chose from for adults and children! The takeaway is a good place to go and have dinner as it is very clean and good food! The caravans are very clean and range in quality! An amazing view from the top overlooking the bay which is a lovely way to spend a holiday!
Outdoor pool great, on site jetty restaurant brilliant, as a coeliac i felt very well catered for and safe in the environment. Entertainment fine if you like that kinda thing. Our caravan was good, lovely view. Overall great holiday.
An EXCELLENT Site for Touring. Stunning views from our Motorhome, great pitches , Super shower block and HOT Water. Off season is quiet and peaceful, just what's needed. Deal clincher was outstanding Leisure facilities, swimming , sauna, hot tub , steam room . Best site for us in November:- Deal
The park itself is very well kept. Borders are lovely. Caravans however, are a bit scruffy and unloved. I guess some people don't know how to treat them. Massive problem, as most of the caravans are now privately owned.
Lovely place. The caravans are immaculate and the grounds and surrounding area are kept really well. We chose Bay because a little quieter than the park as it was only my husband and myself with our dog and out of school holidays so it was not too busy. Dog friendly too. Loved it and would definately book again
