Excellent location for shopping 5 min walk from the Arndale Centre. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean and tidy. Check in was a breeze although a deposit is required which I missed when I booked my fault but the lady on the desk was very helpful in sorting this out. Great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. There is a multi storey car park 5 minutes away £22 for 24hrs which isn't bad for a city centre car park.
There was a party going on all night, bunch of teenagers banging doors, shouting and laughing. It stopped at 5:30am. I understand this isn't a manned property but still this is unacceptable. I'll be asking for a full refund, I think the hotel should be charging their noisy guests, who clearly violated the policies management put up on the walls of the room I stayed in.
You need to know that this guys request a deposit in advance and they do not cancel reservation after even 1 minute. I had an issue with app and made the reservation here accidentally but these guys do not accept any change. I think this is not proper method for customer satisfaction.Service: 1/5

Booked these apartments in April to stay in November and received a telephone call today 3 months after taking a large payment from me to let me know my booking is cancelled as they do not accept group bookings, although it is possible to book out two apartments for 8 people via their booking agents. Also hidden costs such as £300 cash deposit per apartment which is not stated prior to booking. Very disappointed and should be taken off of booking websites if their policies are so unclear at the time of booking.
Room was nice, location was nousy early morning when bars were emptying bins/cleaning from the night before. Car parking was a disaster as unless you pre-register all cars staying at apartment you don't get discounted rate. This isnt made clear and noone at reception when we checked in to ask. People working in car park were more helpful than hotel ss they said not their issue.
Great location, super convenient room. The from street is a bit noisy but this risk is everywhere. In general quite happy with the stay.
Very central, apartments clean, good for overnight trips. No parking at site. Need to use overground covered carpark nearby which you need to book and pay separately. Good experience overall. Walkability: Close to CBD and shops. So good for that. Very good pub nearby for breakfast, open Sunday mornings. Carpark closeby but lift small and metal stairs so mayb difficult for some. No parking outside apartments as road closed off, because of outside restaurant tables, and roads around are closed too to lessen traffic in this busy area. If taking heavy suitcase have one with wheels. Nice place if wanting to get to city centre quick within walking distance of AO arena.
Najma was excellent..really polite and welcoming. Thanks for the great service. Room was convenient space wise. And also in appliances. Would like to stay on top floor next time though ..Location is bang on also. Overall great spot and pleasant experience and would return. Thanks !Rooms: 4/5
Very convenient location, car park at the end if the street. Clean and well equipped studio, comfy bed, and coffee pods for tassimo machine provided.Rooms: 4/5
