They don’t change sheets and pillows ,bed full of brown stains , bins never been washed or clean , they don’t give towels and paper roll . Full of flies . Staff extremely rude …especially the managers . Mostly they deal with homeless people sent from the council , that’s the only reason why they are still open . I’ve seen a pregnant woman been kicked out with her one year old baby . Terrible experience that I would not absolutely raccomrnend to no one .
They don’t clean the rooms or provide toilet paper except on Mondays and wednesdays. Parking space is really small and small driveway. There is no place to sit to have breakfast, we had to sit on a box in reception. Lied about having a freezer because I gave them ice cream to freeze and gave it me back completely melted turn out they meant fridge only and they don’t have a toaster. They don’t provide shampoo or towels, have to pay extra. Wifi is so poor, nothing will load ever. I saw so many rats running around and even saw a cat catch one . Staff are so rude and unaccommodating.
They come into the rooms without notice, change bins and close lights and leave. Standard is very low. Pictures that are posted are not what it really looks like. All the fancy looking rooms are staff only so what is the point. Manager and staff are so rude.
Awful, bad services, tough stuff and no towels no tissues no remote until give them £10 deposit. Also, they give you a list of rules which is already‍
The hotel's staff is kind and helpful and a lot has been renovated superficially to make an old and wracked hotel look nicer, but unfortunately the rooms are still calling for a professional fixer-upper. It's still old, wrecked and somewhat dirty. The blankets contain stains, the walls and ceilings are full of stains, dead insect bodies and cracks. The bathroom, en-suit, hasn't been cleaned properly either. There are still remnants of the privious renter. Furthermore, I found food leftovers on the wardrobe...yack!!! We left the hotel immediately. So it's definitely not recommendable. And we are still waiting for our refund for the room.
When I arrived i wasnt sure what to expect as I ended up having to wait for a bit in the lounge which was a bit run down. Fortunately though my room turned out to be very nice, the staff were nice and they did a halal cooked breakfast which was really nice. It was a bit noisy due to being right by Oxford road but that also made it very convinient for public transport so you need to decide weigh that up based on your needs. My only real complaint was the quality of the shower which was very low pressure and a bit rubbish when you're having to get up early.
Very rude white man on reception who seemed to enjoy making my disabled partner feel as uncomfortable as possible. Overruled other kind staff female so this guy clearly has a problem with women, particularly disabled women. Would not recommend you stay here unless you like being talked to in a derogatory manner!
The staff was okay, but the hotel looked tired and old not in a good way. The room wasn't nice: very dirty walls, spots everywhere, and the bathroom was icy cold like the water, not to mention the many black spots we saw there. The very plain breakfast didn't save the day, also because of the silly plastic cups instead of glasses, and one very dirty window for some reason. Lastly: the noise from the street lasted well until midnight. On a weekday... I can say for sure there are many, MANY other places in Manchester where you will be better off.
Staff..are very helpful. And caring. Best hotel i have stayed at. Wheel chair. Facilities clean I have stayed at a lot of hotels i would recommend this hotel. Better than the Hilton hotel . because of the owner he is most helpful goes out of his way to help others and his son.all staff are polite best hotel i have stayed at they have respect for people who stay here sometimes it's not about the hotel it is the people who run it Good caring people at the park crest. at the Hilton. Bad disrespectful management and bad staff would rather stay here than the Hilton fantastic hotel
Great little place, booked to go to a concert at the academy. Friendly staff and clean room.Rooms: 4/5
