This gym is filthy!nnEvery time a survey is sent out, I make sure to fill it in. However, I often receive a response from the manager that seems to be a standard reply, mentioning the high traffic of members coming in and out of the gym. Unfortunately, I have had to bring my own wipes because the gym is quite dirty. After a class, I wiped the top of the bin, and it was covered in black dirt, which I showed to the fitness instructor, and they said the cleaners weren't very good, and the manager had to do the cleaning. Please view the attached photos. Additionally, there is so much dust in parts of the gym that you can write your name in it.There is also dust so thick in parts of the gym you write your name in it. Was also met with a cloud of dust when accidentally dropping a weight by the leg press machine. This is a health and leisure facility, and as far as I am aware, hygiene is important. Please could you look at cleaning the gym.
It is a decent gym and we don't pay a fortune. Everyone is included. Many spaces for parking. It is quite clean ,many options of equipment. I really like going there.
Wasn't too keen when I first joined. The management were arrogant and not approachable. Recently had a turnaround of staff who are extremely helpful and down to earth. Love the classes
Great gym but a lot of sitting on equipment messing about with phones.If they trained as much as phone messaging there would be some massive bodybuilders
I think it’s silly to be charging people who are already gym members and extra £4 per class for yoga and pilates classes.
