Very professional personal trainer! Helped me achieve my goal! Highly recommend!

Whenever I train with Geoff it's fun.  However hard the workout, he's very encouraging and gives me confidence to push myself.  I'd thoroughly recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone, however fit they are.

A continuous enjoyable experience. Lovely private gym. I have acheived my goals and feel better than I have ever before. Would highly reccomend.
