Fairly decent sized gym, 3 hours free parking. Has shower, lockers and hair dryers if you need them, variety of equipment and fairly big space for free weights!
One of the worst gyms about. None of the fountains, toilets or drinks machines work. When you speak with the management, they are uninterested and don’t care; they appear to be rather incompetent but yet arrogant. It’s a shame this gym is terrible, because all other PureGyms are immaculate, particularly given the price.
Nice, large, clean. There are a good amount of gym equipment.nnTwo levels with the changing room and most marchioness on the first floor. The ground floor mainly has treadmills, weights and cycling machines.nnHowever, the gym was very busy, the music a little too loud and the air-conditioning could be turned to a higher level.nnParking is just about okay but PureGym does share the parking space with several retail stores including a wickes.
I’ve been a PureGym member for a little while now and have recently started to attend classes. I would highly recommend classes with Joasim Joe, in particular his spin and ab classes - he is very motivating, positive, clear and picks good music.
It's quite a nuissance that lockers are being used with no lock, very unclear if the locker is available. Management should put a stop to enabling lockers being used without locks.
