Evolve is an independently run gym in London. If you’re serious about getting into shape this is the gym for you. Filled to the brim with Hammer Strength equipment and a huge space to train. Everything is very clean and tidy, staff are really friendly and there’s a car park. By far the BEST gym about. The planning and finer details gone into the gym is fantastic. Where else can you find a gym that has a Physiotherapy clinic, a mini health bar And barbers all under one roof?! Come join Team Evolve, we are a family, not just members.
Joined the gym in December from day one stop has been super friendly. Very helpful. Gym is in top condition. Love the equipment. The boxing area loads of cardio machines very friendly. People love this gym but recommend it to anyone
Listen!!! If you’re not at this gym, especially for the Tuesday and Thursday classes, just say you don’t care that much about your fitness! The gym has all the machines you need to get a good sessioneven the ones you didn’t know you needed!nnThe icing on the cake though is the classes!! Let’s be honest some of us go in the gym and just mess around with the machines and treadmills. But the only way to really get the most bang for your buck is to go to the classes!! They are challenging but rewarding! And Coach Hedda…Top Tier!! And don’t slack cause even when you think she can’t see you, she can see you haha!
Hedda workout regime was well structured focussing on my needs and importantly taking into considerations some constraints around back issues. The results in overall fitness are noticeable and there are clear, measurable results in the level of weight I can work with and measurable positive changes to measurements for chest, biceps and thighs, with waist reduction starting to head in the right direction.nThank you Evolve Gym.nRegardnElvis.
Really friendly environment with Great classes, especially Hedda’s Tuesday night - she’s the best instructor I’ve had, High energy, different exercises each week, super tough workout but achievable!
