Great location and apartment but the owners hospitality not so great. Only had issues from booking onwards. After a week if booking, owner realised that cannot accommodate as we are 1 infant too many. No option of refund. Just revered is to terms and conditions. We had to compromise with a studio in the end whereas we dreamt of a cottage holiday. Saying this, once earlier we had checked in with same number of guests and were not informed of anything. Owner not even in favour of someone visiting us during the day even though it was Christmas. Will never go again and will not recommend as views and location is not everything but overall experience matters.

We stayed in one of the two cabins facing each other, each one is capable of sleeping 6, with 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge/dining area. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the owners had kindly left us some milk, water and biscuits to get us started. The hottub in-between the two cabins was spotless as were all the facilities on site, including the lovely swimming pool which felt like it was our private pool as there were few others around to share it while we're there.! The kids play park is great for little ones and again as there are only 4 holiday lets felt like it was ours as we rarely had other kids playing whilst we were there. We needed a travel cot and this was the only minor problem we had whilst visiting, it couldn't fit in either of the twin rooms without some adhoc furniture moving. So we ended up with our one year old in the lounge/dining area. But this just meant we spent more time in the hottub! Overall an excellent find and welcoming staff. Would happily stay here again if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

We came here for a hen weekend in October 2015. Cabins were very clean and homely, had everything you needed in them. It was good location (15-20 minute drive to Bath). Onsite facilities were second to none. Owners friendly and non-intrusive. Could have easily spend the weekend and not have to leave the lodges. Good value for money. Hoping to revisit next year.

Beautiful place cabins were lush. Hot tub was great and so was pool. Owner very friendly. Gym was not in use
