Great little cafe on the station after the ticket gates. Convenient when we were waiting for our coach to pick us up. We returned here on the way back as well. The staff was polite and the cafe was clean. Lots of seating as well!
I always get fantastic service by the staff here. Today I was served by Tish, who was warm, helpful and efficient. There must be a really great culture in this place because I always find the people are lovely!
The staff was absolutely lovely. Pam and her male colleague were above and beyond helpful and kind. Traveling with 4 kids, I really appreciate that tbey went out of their way for us. Thank you! I do wish there was a slightly better selection of fresh foods and some of the seating could use repair/replacement, but that is no reflection on the staff.
No staff in the front, when you call them, a teenage girl comes out, she looks angry, no smile, no eye contact, not even asking "How can I help you". Bad customer service.Food: 3/5

Always a friendly service, their coffee beats a Costa's anyday
quick and friendly service, immediately greeted upon entry to the store and felt welcomed. ordered both a coffee and a snack and was offered options to personalise my drink without asking full fat/skimmed milk, red or brown sauce which i thought was very kind. the speed of service was superb but it didn’t feel like my drink or food was compromised. lady on the till was very friendly and asked about my trip briefly. after i sat down i was struggling to open the sauce packet so she brought over some scissors which i was thought was above and beyond. when leaving the store she and another colleague who i had not seen said goodbye and to enjoy my journey. overall incredibly impressed with my experience at pumpkin today!
