5* just isn’t good enough.nThe customer service at Wearside Audi is exceptional. I can not rate the service high enough.nI raised a query via the website last Sunday, within a few hours I received a phone call and my own personal video of the car from Hughie who from the start was friendly and easy to talk with. Within 30 minutes of our first conversation he had got me a quote well below my budget which we were happy with we just needed the view the car and arranged a teams call on the Monday afternoon. During the teams call Hughie went through all the optional extras, not once did I feel pressured into purchasing these. Hughie advised I did not have to make a decision on these today and let me wait until I viewed and test drove the car to ensure it was the car for me.nWe arranged to visit the show room on Saturday.nOn the Saturday when we arrived at the show room, myself and my dad were welcomed with open arms and greeted with many smiling faces. Hughie greeted us and got everything ready for the test drive. Following test driving the car, I knew this was the car I wanted. Hughie went into great detail about the optional extras but yet again I was never made to feel under pressure about these extras.nWe were constantly offered drinks and we felt at ease throughout the full time we were in the show room.nEvery single member of staff had happy smiling faces making this a very welcoming environment.nWe sorted all the relevant bits out and arranged to return for car collection on Monday.nToday, I picked up my car. Wow. What an experience, like nothing I have ever had before. The team go above and beyond to make the new car experience the best you can get. We were welcomed in, and offered drinks and nothing was too much hassle. Hughie went through everything with us, and showed me all the features on the car.nThe car was presented to us amazingly with a cover over it and a personalised sign next to it. It’s the small things that all add to the experience. The car was immaculate, and looked brand new!nThere is not one negative thing about the whole experience, the manager came over and spoke to us before we left.nWe have been well looked after by Hughie and all the staff at Wearside Audi. I would recommended this garage to everyone, and will return to purchase any future cars. Thank you so much! No words to say how amazing the staff and the experience at this garage is. I’ve used other garages in the past and nothing will compare to the experience and service provided by Wearside Audi. Thank you
A returning customer and just collected my new car today and I love it. Also loved the personal touch in the collection bay. Dan Shale was my salesman on this occasion and he was spot on. No problems at all, fab service from the start. Highly recommended

Just got my service done here on my A4. I was happy with the service I received. Only 1 thing I didn't like. I didn't get my health check paper work. Showing you wear of your tyres and brakes etc.
