Pete and Mike know their stuff about bikes.  They will give you honest advice and the best price!!! Pete is a real decent guy.  I couldn't fit my bike in my small car so he went that extra mile and dropped it off at my house.    They are also the best Electric Bike dealers in the South West.  To top it all they love dogs so bring you four legged friend along and they will post your dogs picture on their Facebook page !!! I would only buy a bike from Puffing Billy Cycles.

Cannot praise highly enough.  Dealt extremtly sympathetically with my husband who has dementia & refunded the whole price without any quibbles when he bought an unsuitable bike for himself.  Thank you

Very friendly, no hassle bike shop. Knowledgable on electric bikes (e-bikes) with honest information and advice. You even get a free cup of coffee whilst browsing :)
