Purchased an item that should have been fresh and ready to eat..... Got home and its frozen. Returned to shop consulted female assistant who admitted to knowing they were frozen as she put them out on the shelf, asked why there was no notice stating they were frozen and she said because she didn't put one up....... If some thing is frozen or has been previously frozen surely consumers have a right to be warned about it.?

Clean and well organised coop.nYou can get most things food wise here.nJust love their white chocolate cookies though 5 for £1.10 currently

I think we all believe ours is the Best Co-op... but aside from one not so happy lady the entire team, shop etc just go above the crowd... the quality of Co-op own brand can be truly relied on now and whilst unable to compete with major supermarket chains, I think The Coop as those of us out in the sticks call it  still gives them a run for their money!nnBuckfastleigh is my favourite The Coop team so far... and I still miss Peter! But the post office got him so I can live with that!

Small shop but with all the essentials. Busy to park in front of the shop but more spaces around the corner.

Better than my co-op. At least there was food on the shelves & friendly staff
