Took my bicycle in having not used it in a few years. The staff were really helpful and after taking a look at the bike only serviced the parts that needed it. Also made a few adjustments for me. Bike was ready earlier than expected and very reasonable price for the service. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks!
Highly recommend. I have bought two bikes from Hot Pursuit on two occasions. Chris listened to my requirements and gave me invaluable advice on what might suit me. We use the first bike as a family hack around tow; it is brilliant. I have since bought an endurance road bike and I am thrilled with it; mostly because it does for me exactly what Chris advised me it would. Namely; get me up steep hills where I live. I might add that Hot Pursuit have also fixed a couple of repairs in their workshop in very quick order and efficiently. If you would like a personalised tailored service, look no further. A great bike shop.
Hot pursuit cycles in totnes have amazing staff and totally renewed the disc brakes on my bike with brand new brakes on a bike that was under warranty, I am very happy with the service and the owner is straightforward and easy to deal with, He is a man of his word, I won’t use any other bike shop since finding this place earlier in the year when the team fit new brakes on an old mountain bike I had put together for a bit of fun, I did not have the skill to do the brakes and the team at hot pursuit totnes did a great job then too at very reasonable rates! Great shop, plus if I ever have the money for it some of their electric bikes look great too!
Went to get a new saddle today at Hop pursuit and was really impressed with the amount of time and care given to making sure it was right for me . Also had an awesome service done a while back and it made my bike like new . Keep up the great work and service , Totnes needs you
I've had several bike repairs completed in the Totnes branch and I have always found the service excellent. Good quality work, very reasonable prices, helpful and friendly staff. Can't recommend too highly.

I purchased three bikes from the Totnes shop during lockdown for myself, son and daughter. I had previously bought a couple of road bikes from them a few years ago and because the service was so good then I went straight back to them this time. Once again you cannot fault the service or knowledge and I would whole heartedly recommend you to pay them a visit if you are looking for a bike.
Dropped in with my son's bike and they were excellent sorting out the brakes and general tune up. Wouldn't accept a payment for their help which was amazing. Second time they have helped me out brilliant
EDGY OWNER, NOT A CONSISTENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I go in asking for help with bikes for my business. The owner got his back up instantly and started asking about my business presuming he thought I was a competitor to him. I explained I wasn't, which cooled his confrontation. This kind of edginess is not something I come to expect from a simple enquiry. Owner seems confrontational and edgy
I brought a bike today, I must say I had great service, brilliant advice and a real good price . I will defiantly recommend friends and family to use Hot Pursuit Cycles. Thanks Again and see you soon .
