Very poor customer service,do not even bother to reply to inquiries.Contacted them 4 times no reply. Wish you could be this quick to respond to customers. Check your inquiries on the 20th July if you replied.
We used Pryors for a wedding car, plus cars for our guests. They were excellent - they turned up on time, the cars were super comfortable and the drivers were all lovely. The communication with their team was excellent in the run up to the wedding and we cannot thank them enough for making it all run so smoothly. Would highly recommend this company!
I needed the best possible service for a recent family visit. I have to say that, from the very first contact, the help and advice provided was both reassuring and thorough. My family reported back to me that the driver arrived in plenty of time having double checked the pickup point and that he was ‘really very nice’. The vehicle was very comfortable apparently. Thank you Pryors. I will definitely recommend your company.
First time using Pryors and hugely impressed. The car was ready and waiting for both of my journeys. Malcolm drove me on the outward leg and was delightful company, chatty and friendly throughout. I didn't catch the name of the driver for our return, but he was helpful and courteous. Cars were spotless for both journeys. Highly recommended!
Picked us up after our previous booking with Gogreen taxis didn't bother to turn up and ignored us. Wish I had booked with them previously! I think our drivers name was John, he was a real nice guy, very polite. Will definitely book with this company from now on.

Simply the best cars in South Oxfordshire. There's nothing worse than getting in to a traditional "mini cab" and wondering when it was last cleaned, whether the driver has a licence or insurance and wondering if you will get to your destination. With Pryors, I know that I'm going to be sitting in the comfort of a fairly new Mercedes, it will be clean, the driver always polite and you can trust the pick up time and know you will reach your destination safely. I find the Executive Club particularly helpful because I don't have to worry about cash or card, whether I'm off to a dinner party, the airport or need an emergency car for my children. Highly recommended.
I had to organise the travel of our MD to come from London back to Oxford yesterday , the booking was seem less ,and the cost was less than half the price of a hotel making it great value for money. The driver was immaculate , very pleasant and on time. She could not praise the service highly enough. As a person who is constantly on the move , going to back to back meeting to meetings , with PR agencies, industry professionals,where timing is the essence she is definitely going to be using Pryor's again for future business meetings. A 5 star plus rating for this company is a must !
We have just used Pryors for airport transfers for a large corporate event and found their service to be first class. We had over 40 customers arriving on different flights at different airports who needed transfers both to and from our conference hotel. Pryors made the booking process extremely easy and were able to respond to last minute changes to the schedule without issue. The drivers were very professional and several of our delegates commented on how friendly and well-organised their transport arrangements had been. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
