If there was an option for no stars I would have given them that. Absolutely rubbish service. What taxi driver cannot carry a small suitcase from the door and put it into the car. Especially when the woman was disabled. Taxi was filthy, and full of rubbish. The driver was extremely unfriendly. DO NOT USE.
I’ve been using surpeme Thame Taxies for the last year and I’ve always been connected to Hussain, he’s always made sure my pick-up requests are on point and my pick requests are speedy he’s a asset to the team and genuinely the most valuable phone operator I’ve spoke to from the company. I’ve never been let down by the company or Hussain. I highly recommend there services. They’re my go to.
Terrible company. Tried charging us £30 from Thame to Stone and charged our friend the same from Thame to High Wycombe. Absolute rip off merchants. Supreme Taxis Aylesbury are much more reasonable.
Please anyone who read the reviews regarding this company do not use them!!! Second time in a row the same experience! Totally unprofessional taxi drive, very rude and abusive behaviour!! And on top of that always late!!! How dare you abuse customers who are actually paying you!!! It's not other way around mate!!! Anyone avoid this company they gotta learn how to talk and behave before they actually drive people and run taxi business. Wish there was a way to take this further, awful company and taxi drivers!!! The guy who came twice same guy should go and spend his salary on therapy!!! And the worse they still have employees like that who are abusive towards customers and aggressive!!!! Awful awful avoid!!!
Used company for the 1st time tonight, have just moved into Thame. Service was 1st class. Will definitely use them again.
Been down to the area for a weekend wedding We used this company on numerous occasions throughout the weekend and the service we received was nothing short of excellent I would definitely recommend this company
Driver took 30 minutes when he would supposedly only be a few minutes. Windscreen was cracked, proceeded to spend half the journey on his phone multiple apps including WhatsApp, almost CRASHED, then surprised me with a previously unmentioned £10 card minimum.
Had to call to chase up the taxi 10 minutes after estimated arrival to be told they'd been and gone. No phone call, door knock or beep to say they had arrived.
Booked on short notice for local journey. Car arrived on time and cost was very reasonable. We had a small well behaved dog and they were happy to allow her with us sat on our lap which was super helpful. Will be using again.
Pre booked by only an hour or so. Turned up when they said. Answered phone straight away when I checked was all good closer to pickup. Knew my booking. Sent texts ahead with vehicle registration. Worked fine and this was at the Double Diamond festival so many people trying to get cabs at same time from multiple companies. Would definitely use again.
