Absolutely rubbish service. Only gave one star as I couldn’t do zero. When I called it took 2 attempts to say the address as the person was talking to someone else. When he answered the call just said hello. I had to ask if it was the taxi number. When sunny the driver arrived which was on time, the front seat had his jacket on. He didn’t move it so I sat in the back. Which wasn’t a huge issue. He then TOLD me that I wasn’t allowed to drink my can of Coke and I SHOULD KNOW this. When I said I didn’t know this as I always drove and last taxi was about 10 years ago, he then told me “well I should know it”. Now I don’t mind not drinking a coke but there’s ways of asking someone seeing as no signs were up saying this. I don’t appreciate the rudeness. He then proceeded past my drop off point to which when I said this he said that the controller had only put the road name. Now don’t get me wrong but where on the 2 mike long rd was he going to drop me if he doesn’t ask me?? I also had to explain where exactly the drop off point was even though it was at the start of the rd???? VERY RUDE COMPANY, Will never use again!! First and last. Good luck if you use them.

I used Yellow Cars to get to and from work for three days a couple of weeks ago as I had car troubles. I was a little apprehensive about travelling in a taxi on my own particularly during the night time travel. But I needn't be worried, the drivers were very friendly and polite, particularly Zahir who was lovely conversation. The online booking system is also very convenient. I would definitely use this company again.

Brilliant company, best in High Wycombe. I had to take two taxis a day for a contract job and Yellow were the most reliable of all the companies, lovely drivers and they made me feel safe travelling alone at night. Can't recommend enough!

These are great drivers and reliable. Always polite and friendly yet discreet. I have tried all the taxi services in High WYcombe and these are beyond question the best. Highly recommended.
