staff were friendly and all went well. I asked for an estimate though and somehow the treatment i agreed on over the phone must have been misunderstood and i was not told of additional costs such as a buster.Not that big a deal just not a 5 star due to this,i would still recommend as treatment was quick with friendly professional services.

Having moved to County Durham recently there is always a fraction of apprehension when visiting a new Vet for the first time. Well, I shouldn't have been worried. PBVH is FANTASTIC! You are greeted by friendly Reception Staff who make you feel comfortable straight away. The Vet I chose to see for my Beagles is BRILLIANT. After care for any procedures done under anaesthetic is exceptional, and that includes next day telephonic checkup asking how your pet is doing. I particularly like the double door entry and exit system they have to ensure the safety of your pets. I cannot fault PBVH, and therefore a 5* review was the least I could give. Very happy.

My son has used Prince bishop vets for years with his dog tag excellent service but sometimes a bit pricey
