Leann who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When the basic set plans weren't quite right for us Leann looked at what could and needed to be changed to ensure we have life insurance plans that best suited us. We were very impressed with her ability and her patience as with a new young baby it was sometimes distracting and delayed us getting the necessary information back to her. Would recommend.
After two years of deliberating and trying to pin my husband down , he eventually took out a life assurance policy. Leanne proved to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional to deal with. Needless to say we fully trust her and her sound advice. Thank you for gently reminding my husband of the right thing to do and providing very detailed information. We sleep much more easily now. I wholly recommend this company and we will return again.
Leann was strongly recommended to us by a friend, and she surpassed our expectations. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. She also helped with other financial matters surrounding the original service. We shall be saving her number for future use and have already recommended her to friends and family!
We were initially put in contact with Leann when sorting out our life insurance and have since used her company for our mortgage twice. On all 3 occasions, Leann was incredibly helpful, provided us with detailed explanations of what we were looking at and plenty of options to choose from. Leann keeps frequent contact and is such a pleasant professional lady. I would highly recommend & we will continue to use prime financial solutions going forward!
I could not recommend this company enough. They are professional and very approachable. They make sure that each customer is looked after and receive the best service for them. My Dads life insurance was organised and managed by this company and when we lost him a couple of months ago they made sure the process, post death, was as easy as possible to elevate any additional stress. I didn't have life insurance but since my experience i have now taken out a policy and i have 100% trust in them.
I was recommended PrimeFS by a friend at work and it has been a pleasant and smooth experience with them. Leann was super helpful and very responsive and as a first time buyer who wasn't sure of the processes this made me feel in good hands. Would highly recommend PrimeFS to anyone and especially first time buyers.
Leann was really helpful and provided a 5 star service. Explained everything and gave us plenty of options for what we were looking for. Assisted us with an issue we had at the beginning of our policy. Would highly recommend.
