The best Primark in all of London. This shop has simple and affordable clothes and home items; without a doubt, I enjoy navigating for the trending fashion and trousers section, especially! I often shop here for when I need clothes, so it feels like a 2nd home to me now.

Staff are very helpful and polite. The store always has a large selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. I love it!

How can you close a shop in zone 2 of London at 19.00 on Saturday. Mostly of the people are not able to go during the week and in this shop Saturday is the shorter day. Absolutely no sense.

Always a bargain. Easy to get to, large selection of clothing adults / kids. As everyone points out during busy periods there is normally a queue by the till. So choose to go quite times when kids are at school. Walking distance from Hammersmith station. Sits within a complex of shops and restraunts.

I remember days when you could buy a lot of nice things in Primark. Unfortunately quality really went down a lot. You still can get some nice clothes reasonably priced, children's and men clothes and few other bits and pieces like jewellery, make up, towels, bathroom accessories. The best time to do shopping there would be in the morning when it is quite and not much mess. There is a car park upstairs.

If you have time to go through the clothes thoroughly you can find little gems esp the Stronghold collaboration that does US workwear stuff!! Top drawer.

It's Primark, what more do you need to know? Expect queues at the till, expect staff who are trained to scan, not serve and expect customers shouting at supervisors for the sake of a 50p discount. That being said, it was pretty tidy versus some of the other stores around, so that's a win

This is what happened to me at Primark Hammersmith store today ; I went in to exchange a packet of tights because they were the wrong size after looking for several minutes, I found the correct size but with only 2 pairs in the packet which should contain 3 pairs. After looking with no success an assistant who was nearby asked if I needed help.I explained to her the situation and she proceeded to help but she too could not find a packet containing 3 pairs in the size I wanted, so she advised me to go to the till and I will get a discount for the pair of tights missing from the packet. So I went to the till and joined the queue with several people ahead of me. I was standing in line for a couple of minutes when I felt a tap on my shoulders, on turning round I recognised the shop assistant who was trying to help me earlier. She had found the missing tights from the packet and brought it to me. I was extremely impressed that she had taken the time to continue the search and also to come to the till to locate me in the queue. I thanked her and after paying I went back to the department to further thank her as I So impressed with her customer service but could not find her, another shop assistant was there and I explained to her who I was looking for and she said she was assisting a customer and she will be with me shortly. I waited, and thanked her again. Her name is Ola and she is an asset to Primark and should be recognised for the great job she is doing.
