The customer service refunded 15% money back when I forgot to write discount code with the first order. (You will get with accepting subsciption).  When I contacted over "contact us", I was surprised to hear from them within 2 days and money was returned to my account already. It was a very good service.  The delivery took only one working day as they promised on the web.  their web site could have been better though.  Overall I am pleased with their services.

Shocking service, do not pay extra for faster delivery. You will not get it any quicker in fact slower with no reply from company. Sent loads of emails and still waiting for a reply. Oh and still no order received. Shame on you!!
