A good store,, you will find all you need with good prices

Nice range of clothes in store. Love all the vibrant colours at the moment. Lovely hand bags as well. Very cheap prices for products. Well laid out store but customers dump Clothes and items everywhere making it look rather untidy. Some staff seem to get infuriated if you unfold something and rudely ask what size you’re looking for so that they don’t have to tidy up after you. Always a massive queue no matter what day or time of day you visit. But the line moves reasonably quickly so can’t really complain. Bought a few items and at the tills the prices were scanning as higher than what was on the label. Keep an eye out for this. I only did as I saw it happening a lot on TikTok. Was nearly overcharged £6. Guy in the tills was very apologetic but had that I’ve seen this happen before look on his face. We had a laugh about it in the end. Primark quality isn’t as good as it used to be in my opinion but it’s still one of the most fashionable and affordable stores on the high street.

A fair sized store with clothing and homewares. They could have a wider selection of menswear as it is limited. Also smaller sizes are out often and take a while to get replacement. The one irritating about any Primark are the queues. Just never enough tills open during busy times.

I haven’t been in any Primark for a long time. The poor financial sources for many people Primark is an excellent option. This Kilburn based clothing shop has one level although I found pretty much everything you could ask for. Ladies Men Kids, pijamas, footwear plus some accessories. You gotta try have a look. If you are looking for some crazy stuff here is one thing: I found a RICK & MORTY pijama-costume whatever for just 16£. I loved that. I hope they have bigger size cos it was next to the kids section. I need one to my brother. He is 34. Hahahahahaaaa.

Great experience today,found nearly everything I needed only girls socks and shoes were low in stocknot much sizes .The shop was clean, organized and the staff very helpful and smiling

Amazing cheap stuff, Throw away the next day of usage, but the people who work there are fun

Avoid going to the store! There is two people that are discriminating and they are very rude one of them is the supervisor which should be professional but I think because she’s about to be retiring she is acting all funny and and doesn’t care about any complaints and there’s another one called Sylvia who laughs in your face and gets rude to you these people should be sacked because their customer service and lack of respect is zero. If I could give this to a rating I would give it zero , I have never seen such an appalling behaviour from customer service representatives like these two!

The attitude of some of the staff in thusbstore is awful, and that includes the duty manager. I was shopping with my buggy and stopped twice once by a staff member who continued to talk about me very loud as I walked away and then my the duty manager telling me I was making a mess of the shop as my buggy had brought some snow in. They were very attacking and made me feel so uncomfortable and said I and to leave the buggy at thebfront of the shop, my buggy with my 10 week old baby in. I've never heardnof a shop doing that it was a small bit of snow. And I've never been made to feel singled out and publicly mistreated.

The quality of the jogger i bought is questionable. I like the cheap jacket. It keeps me warm. But the joggers are truly bad.

3 stars because the staff are lovely… but the selection is the worst from any other primark I’ve been into. I don’t know who chooses what for these smaller stores but their selection and idea of fashion isn’t very good.
