Primarks Kilburn high Road was okay, now it's been refurbished it's terrible no stock especially for children, primarks in Kilburn is too small for a self-service checkout.nSpace is limited for stock because of the self-service checkout.nWon't be going to Kilburn Primarks again waste of time.nWould not recommend going to this store.
Title: Disappointed by Staff’s CORAL Judgmental Behavior @ KILBURN HIGH ROADnnReview:nI was very disappointed by the way the staff lady name Coral treated my children during our recent visit. Instead of offering help or kindness, they immediately assumed the worst and treated my kids as if they were doing something wrong or stealing — which was absolutely not the case.nnIt’s upsetting to see staff jump to conclusions about children instead of showing respect or professionalism. We came to have a pleasant experience, but left feeling judged and uncomfortable. I hope the management provides better training on how to handle families and customers with respect, rather than suspicion.
I always enjoy shopping at Primark. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite, making the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The store is well-organized with a wide variety of clothing, accessories, and essentials for all ages. What I love most is the affordability – the clothes are stylish, good quality for the price, and very budget-friendly, which makes it easy to refresh my wardrobe without overspending. I had a great experience with Ranit, the Assistant Manager at Primark. He was very helpful and went out of his way to find the items I was looking for. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciate his support!
