Ted Baker House Of Fraser Westfield

The worst customer service in the run up to Christmas. Was in store half hour before closing trying to buy presents and none of the sales staff approached me to ask if I needed help, which I did. I approached 3 different sales people, 2 that were helpful but only had knowledge of their brand. The urban decay sales woman was rude enough to stare at the door while i was speaking to her asking about her brand products. I started browsing by myself only to be 'shoo'd away (the literal gang gestures) by a security guard telling me the store is closed. He then followed with 'come back tomorrow'. Thank you, but I think I would rather spend my money in a shop that actually treats me with a little more respect...such a shame as house of Fraser stocks many of my go to products. I guess I'll be travelling to Selfridges now.

Is that me or is the only ted baker where there is actually "customer service" (and I shop in ted baker stores A LOT), usually shop assistants don't even greet you, here they actually help! I will always come back here :)

EXCELLENT SERVICE, THE SALES STAFF COULDN'T OF BEEN MORE HELPFUL. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I LOVE MY SUIT. A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO, CHI FAN LI AND STAFF.

Absolutely shocking store don't think I've ever been on such a bad store. Haven't sent me my order for over 2 weeks. I've been speaking to the manager of the store a multiple of times and she said that she has sent the package when she clearly hasn't. She also gave me an email address to refer my complaints to which was invalid. Absolutely shocking for a designer store to do something as frustrating as this. I'd expect Primark to do this and not Ted Baker. Never ever coming back for anything else. Extremely angry regards, Zuzana
