Waited over an hour and a half for the waitress to come over and ask “are you ready to order” I told her we had ordered and we were waiting for our mains (she was the waitress that took our order) so she went away and came back and told us she had forgotten to order our food. We had two very young children with us that had played and eaten and were extremely tired so we paid our bill of £56 which was expensive for only having two children’s pizzas, two coffees, a soft drink and three starters, all the while the manager was there and could clearly hear our conversation with the waitress, she just kept her head down and carried on writing on her pad and she didn’t even bother to come over and apologise or offer anything. I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant.

Whilst the service was relatively good, the food was bland, overcooked and somewhat...unexpected. The 'brushetta' started resembled half a naan bread with a few random dollops of pesto and tomato quarters! The calamari was chewy and qyite poor quality! The risotto was overdone, stodgy and flavourless! Both me andy friend were very disappointed! Especially by the bill at the end! Needless to say, i wont be visiting any Prezzo chain again.

I wouldn't bother we were there for 1.5 hours after booking a table and only 3 drink 2 of which had been left to go flat to be told ur drinks arnt ready coz we are making desserts behind the bar and ur order is still behind a few more tables then she looked put out because we cancelled the food and were charge 15.60 for 3 drinks .....good job GBK was still open really nice in there !
