Quick food however chaotic. I was told that I will get some milk to cool child's hot drink but it never happend.

Not impressed at treatment of young lad who obviously had autism and his mum. I sat and watched manager refuse him a burger and fries because it was breakfast service and not 10.30. Kept saying its company policy to her. By this time the young lad was getting quite agitated. Mum even asked if they could make an exception, hes like well we have to fire up the ovens and check the temps etc etc etc. The poor mum had to leave as he said to the young lad you wait half an hour mate ok? With this mum said he doesnt understand half an hour. They eventually came back again and had to wait a further 5 minutes before it was cooked at 10.30!!! I know its not ideal but an exception could have been made in this situation to avoid distress to this young lad and his mum. Oh and im a Learning Disability Nurse by the way!

Ridiculously long wait time. Not sure if it was because of lack of staff or whether the staff they have are still training. Food was good even if it did take a while.
