VERY RUDE and started shouting at me when he got confused with my order .. has absolutely no idea about customer service and "No Manners" . I ended up putting the phone down and calling els where ... This is not the first time I have experienced their rude and abrupt attitude ,but thus evening was absolutely disgusting!! .. It's a Friday night and the shop sounded busy /hectic ,this definetly showed in their customer services . This shop should not be able to operate with such staff and I would definetly not recommend !! Be aware !!

Absolutely disgusting service ordered at one in the morning text to say it would be delivered by 03.10 twenty quid worth of food never turned up rang and they said they delivered on time absolutely rubbish rang to complain the owner was aggressive saying they delivered on time dont ever ever order from here you won't get your food

if no stars was an option, i would choose that. We rung up and they lied to us 3 times. Once about the delivery cost, which they told us was minimum £10 (RIP OFF) when really it is only £8. They agreed to deliver it for the real price however we asked for a few minutes to decide what we wanted. So we rung back a few minutes later and they then LIED again saying they closed at 2 AM (even though it wasnt even 2 am yet) and that they couldnt deliver our food. We explained that we had rang minutes later and they still refused to deliver. VERY very poor service, need reporting to the council. Rude rude lying staff. inconsiderate and unhelpful, my friend was starving and hadnt eaten all day it was our only option.
