I booked PreZzo for a large party for a hen doo on a Friday night. We had the use of the private room upstairs and our own dedicated server. I cannot stress enough how helpful, and accommodating the staff were, any requests I had were accommodated without any problems. All the ladies commented on how lovely their food was and how reasonable the prices were. They also had many options for those with food intolerances. Thank you for a lovely evening x

Prezzo chain pizza cannot go wrong, easy to find and I was lucky it was a fine evening so could sit nearly outside but just under cover.

Had a lunch here, great service, good food with a few different dishes (unusual)to try and choose from. Also take Taste Card that makes the bill almost half price!!

Definitely worth a visit if you have a voucher. I always find the staff here a bit slow but OK for a cheap bite

Myself and my family have been coming to Prezzo's in Horsham for over 10 years and have always had excellent service. However tonight, (22nd August 2017) we have had very poor service, it took an hour to receive our main course after having already had our starter, when we did receive our mains they were cold! We asked to send them back and receive another one, however they weren't much better! Didn't receive a discount at all. We're not sure as to why we were receiving cold food when the restaurant wasn't that busy. Definitely will not be returning any time soon, which is sad to say.
