Food and drinks are delivered very quickly and it’s delicious! Presentation is impeccable! We ordered spicy cauliflower , vegan ribs lovely smoky hits and lemongrass shreds and delicious seeds on the skin vegan squid comes with sauce and vegan chicken raman this last one is very spicy so I struggled quite a bit personally. Drinks are lovely, juices but usually warm so good idea to ask for ice. The staff is friendly and courteous. There is the option to pay online with your phone using a QR code in conjunction with table number which I thought was brilliant!
Visited for lunch today. Exactly what you would expect from Wagamama! Quick friendly service, piping hot and delicious food. Had a lovely lunch, not cheap but it was nice £45 for 2 mains and 2 sides and 2 cokes.Food: 5/5

We had the Pad Thai, I guess the Japanese version. Although it was tasty, they didn't seem to know how to add some spiciness to it. Didn't have some of the traditional ingredients I am accustomed to, like crushed peanuts, crunchy bean sprouts.Food: 4/5
Food is ok. I would not say authentic Japanese food but if I think as Asian food, I can enjoy a lot more. The service is amazing. We had wheelchairs with us. Staff invited us with absolute kind manner with big smiles. There is a table designed for wheelchairs! How amazing is that. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you so much
Food is good but if you think you are ordering starters followed by main courses, you may well get one main course followed by partner's main course a while later, followed by starters. We also had an issue with one starter going via several tables before reaching us, but to be fair, it was removed from the bill. The staff work hard and the food is good. Maybe we are just old fashioned in respect of starters followed by the main course.
I was one of their first customer's years ago. Like every other place now they serve less food and charge more money. The soup bowls used to be full to the brim. What happened???. It will set you back around £20 each which is about average but you will leave hungry....typical of Japanese cuisine anyway. The soya sauce is not very palatable and the katsu curry is very very average. Nice service and shame the food let our experience down.
Usually decent service but really really poor today. We were seated and told our server, said server walked past our table 4 or 5 times, even serving a couple who came in after us, the gentleman who sat us walked past us twice. Got to the point where my dad and I up and left. Kept seating people but clearly didn’t have the staff. Really disappointed

Very rude waitress avoiding our table and being blunt with us. Food was average. We ordered a Pad Thai Chicken & Prawn but requested for the chicken to be removed but then the waitress serves it with the chicken clearly visible on the dish and says to us when serving that it has no chicken, when we can see it in front of our eyes. I do not know how this woman was even employed to work there. Then they had forgotten my little 10 year old brothers food and we had asked this clumsy waitress and she said she would check and she didn’t even bother. Bearing in mind the restaurant was not busy at all, around 4-5 tables. 20 minutes later a kind gentleman came and asked about our food and we explained the issue and he rectified it immediately. This waiter was very apologetic and then gave us a discount off our bill which we were happy about, but it’s not about the money, it’s the service that was provided which was absolutely awful from that woman which ruins the meal.
