Pleased to see this Pret has made the change to have ceramic cups rather than giving everyone a paper one. They have large tables with charging points and free WiFi, so a great place to come to finish off some work. Only point for improvement would be to have a few more soft furnishings, this has to be the loudest coffee shop I've ever been in. Fine if you have your noise cancelling headphones, but if like me you left them at home, then it'll be a bit unpleasant.

Friendly staff and good coffee make this a great place to stop for a drink. The food is also really good with a decent selection of salads and sandwiches. I'm personally very partial to their Christmas lunch sandwich...... Obviously only available at certain times of the year! Seating is nearly always busy so it can pay to find a seat first!

Just had a very bad experience in pret Horsham, had a wrap and it was so badly prepared that the wrap was falling apart. it was as though a 2 year old had made it. The coffee was horrible, if you want a coconut flat white, go to costa instead! Theit's is much better. Then to finish the evening off, they got the hoover out at 5 past 6, which stank of sick. Avoiding pret from now on!!

Organic coffee, great selection of food, drink and pastries. Healthy option at a competitive price.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. There is a good selection of food and snacks and the coffee is good. What more would you want from a coffee shop. Prices, whole maybe not the cheapest in town and not the most expensive and seem reasonable value to me. The facilities are always clean and the place is always kept tidy
