Decent car showroom. Helpful staff. Prices aren't the cheapest but you get the sense of 'prestige' in the way the cars look and are presented - the few cars I did see looked well maintained. A downside is that the forecourt is tightly packed with cars, so if there is a car at the back, which was the car I was after, you cannot get a test drive. Might be different if you call up in advance, but I did not do this because, as I mentioned before, they are not the cheapest (value for money) out there.

This car dealership salesman (Nick) took £100 deposit off me over the phone before coming to see a car. This was done because i was told clearly that this was refundable. I had an issue with my car so could no longer proceed to view. I contacted Nick and he took bank details to refund. Nothing happened and I have chased for two months and no response. Today i spoke with the Sales Manager Greg Jackson who said he did not 'care what his sales team say as i wont be getting my money back'. A bunch of crooks who cannot be trusted. A cowboy outfit who do not care about reputation for £100!

Bought a car a month ago. The salesman agreed that 4 faults would be rectified before collection a week after purchase. On collection only one job had been done and although they said the air con had been re-gassed it doesn't feel like it. Ended up fixing the heated seats myself as I'd waited so long and now, despite many promises to to sort it out I'm still waiting for a replacement door mirror. I've rang them many times about the mirror and had promises to call me back which have not been kept. I rang today as they didn't call me back yesterday as promised and they told me that they're still trying to 'source' the mirror and they will call me back on Monday. Overall, happy with the car generally but after sales service is very poor. Hope this is helpful.

I have just purchased a car for myself from Prestige and found the staff and the showroom pleasant polite and helpful and the showroom clean tidy with easy directions the owner and his team go the extra mile to give customers a brilliant experience​. I was given a brilliant deal with my armed forces discount. I have already passed on the details to family and friends and will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend.

non-existent after-sales service The initial experience was positive but once I have paid for the car, further communication with them was unbearable and this is where all the issues started. Since I got the car I have called 6 times! to find out when my promised service book will be delivered? Every time I called I heard that someone will contact me regarding this, but they never did. At some point I was even suggested to get my service book from eBay??!? Apparently, my car went through a full inspection but later I have discovered that horn doesn’t work …so obviously it wasn’t fully inspected, or the inspection was incomplete! I was told to drive the car without a working horn to the manufacturer dealership as this fault will be covered under warranty. It was not! Prestige Motors wanted me to return the car back to them for repairs. Since they could not even deal with a simple task of ordering a service book and I did not want to risk and drive a car without a working horn, I have decided to leave the car at the manufacturers garage and pay for fixing and inspecting it right. I have had enough, and I won’t be wasting my time with Prestige Motors Direct in the future.
