I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I've been going here for years now and couldn't ask for better service. It's ran by really genuine great people who know what they're doing, and they've always done their best to book me in when best suits me. I've been to other garages in the past but I haven't gone anywhere else since being here. If you're nervous about choosing a garage that you haven't been to before then don't be nervous about this place they're brilliant.

Bought a Nissan Elgrand from here. I visited numerous times before making my final choice, each time the staff/family were more than happy to answer all my questions and they allowed me all the time I needed to browse around and access their vehicles. Their laid back attitude, attention to detail and knowledge of their vehicles made my visits thoroughly enjoyable. I can honestly say that the experience of buying from them has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. And it didn't stop there. They made sure the vehicle was to my specifications and in absolutely pristine condition before it left there workshop.
Visited here today, the forecourt is well presented, with a nice selection of imported cars, all in excellent condition. The lady I met was lovely, no pressure with anything at all and very chatty. Unfortunately in my experience, I was given a woefully low actually insulting part exchange price on my car, which is also an import. I understand its a garage, and they need to make money, nothing against that at all. But I know where my car would have sat in the price line if they'd have taken it. If I didn't have a car to part exchange, then I'd not hesitate to shop here. Other than that, I was left disappointed.
Fantastic customer service run by a great family with family values that they are obviously proud of. Absolutely over the moon with our purchase there. Would recommend them to anyone.
I have been a customer for 17 years now and have bought 6 cars, 4 of which have been imports, and their customer service/after sales, surpasses excellence. Nothing is too much trouble, and I trust their expertise implicitly. As an added bonus, they are an extremely friendly, family run business who I hope will be around for many many more years, as I never want to go anywhere else.
Have bought a car from them in the past. Hassle free, quick sale and all snagging issues sorted under the warranty with no problems. Have brought my own, and girlfriends car, here for servicing, MOTs and repairs for 3 years now. Never disappointed and they never undertake unnecessary works to bump up the price. Will keep bring my cars here for as long as I live in Newton!
