Fabulous service- I have bought several cars from this branch over the years. The staff are really helpful and make sure they help you find a car that meets your needs. Unlike other dealers I've visited I've never felt under pressure to make a purchase and always feel trade in values are fair and honest. All the staff are great but if you want a new car be sure to ask for Stuart Stuchberry - his knowledge of cars Renault and all others is simply outstanding. He'll tell you everything you need to know and more. Would give more stars if possible.
Stuart at St Helens made the experience of buying a new car such a breeze. He put my mind at ease when I was nervous about entering into the agreement and explained everything perfectly. Stuart kept me fully informed at all times throughout the whole process and is ever so friendly. He explained the workings of my new car and took me on a little run in it, allowing me to also test drive it. This was perfect for me as I'm quite nervous in new vehicles. Stuart is an absolute credit to the company and I look forward to dealing with him again. Thanks so much Stuart. A top guy.
Had a really great experience buying here. Sam was helpful and talked me through everything really clearly. I appreciated that before driving off, I was showed through all the features of the car and how it all works. Great service all the way through, would definitely recommend!
Ordered a car in October, picked it up this week. Even though I waited longer than expected I was given great updates and couldn't have had a nicer fella than John C looking after me. Hand over was so quick, so smooth and all the staff I dealt with was amazing.

Came in the store and was greeted politely right away. Sat down with John Carrigan lovely bloke he did the deal with no hassle what so ever. I certainly left a very happy customer.
