Really good customer service - 
Booked into Chapel House for the first time to get the back brakes on the car done. They completed this at a reasonable price and within a couple of hours. Whilst in there they informed me of a service plan that I can pay monthly towards, gaining a free MoT and I believe a curtsey car as well. Something I'll definitely be looking into!

Terrible customer service not very helpful. Snotty and stuck up staff.Try C&T garage in Widnes Very polite and helpful they will go out there way to help

Had a problem with my car & same day advised that they would try to sort for next day. Rang next day to be advised that no further update for me & they need three weeks notice for a courtesy car! so had to hire one.
On Monday left message at home phone (even though told them to ring mobile) three days later.
picking up the car lost paperwork & found out that the car was ready the next day! No update my ***e.
desk service rubbish!  mechanic no issues.

If I could give zero stars then I would. Not very often I would go to the effort of writing a review but the service at this garage is so repulsive I felt the need. The service manager is the regular big boss man that can't be bothered to get off his chair and help a customer. His attitude was vulgar and he didn't even have the common courtesy to apologise for his staff swearing and giggling when I walked in. I bought a brand new Suzuki last year and had a problem with the window this week. All I asked was for someone to take a look to see if they could get it back up. I was not asking for a long term solution. Without anyone even taking a look at it or asking any questions I was told they close in half an hour and that it would take hours to look at and that they had no other way of helping me. (I am away from home with a car full of expensive items in the back, nowhere to store the car overnight and I'm stuck with a window that won't go back up). After being sick of dealing with such an arrogant man I rang the suzuki complaints team. After 50 minutes of waiting and complaining on the phone the sales manager came out and got the window up in about 20 seconds. So I went through all of that hassle for a 20 second fix. Absolutely disgusted by this service. I'm 22 and work really hard on top of my studies to have a new car that wouldn't have the same problems as a used one. If you have other options on car garages then I would recommend going to those instead. So glad I didn't purchase the car from this particular garage. The service has been enough to put me off Suzuki for life.
