Absolutely awful sold us a car that was faulty within the first 2 months, tried to return he was having none of it claiming that is what the warranty is for. Everything from engine faults, to coil springs breaking off. Had the car less than 2 years an is now worth scrap. Utter shambles not surprised the Warrington branch is no longer there, even the garage it gets sent too under warranty said not to buy from there!

Had a good look round the forecourt and it is 70% overpriced sheds 30% overpriced adequate vehicles.  One sticks out in particular, a black 2006ish Astra H estate, covered in scratches and marks, overspray on the sill from a repair, moss all over the window seals, missing wheel trims, rubbish tyres, the undesirable 1.7 Cdti 80hp engine and he wanted over £1500 from memory...realistically the car is worth half that and that sets the tone for the rest of the vehicles on the forecourt, a battered Mondeo 2004ish for £1250!!

Recently bought a car from Gary, nothing was too much bother for him. Aftercare was/is excellent, he knew we were keen caravaners and put a tow bar on the new car so we had no disruption to our touring trips. There aren't many 2nd hand car dealers about now in St Helens but i'd wholy recommend Gary we were very impressed with the service and very pleased with the car. We will be back for future purchases.

We recently bought a car form here, the car looked ok but we got an RAC report anyway, this brought up a few problems, most were fixed but shouldn’t have been there in the first place, At the time of buying he was waiting on the V5 document and promised 100% it would be sent out within a few days?.......... Over a month later and many calls emails stating it would be with us by x date we still haven’t got it and they have stopped responding to emails, It’s our own fault for buying it without the form, just be aware
