My daughter bought a golf from premier motor sales, she was apprehensive about spending all her savings however the sales team were great very reassuring and the car was presented beautifully and after a small issue after our purchase the after care and Customer service support has been impeccable. This garage and the team are so genuine, I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone. The service is outstanding! In short, trustworthy, honest, genuine and professional!!!!
Me and my wife purchased a beautiful Ford C Max. Louis was brilliant. He let us have a test drive, gave us as much time as we needed to have a look around it and not feel pressured into buying it. He answered all the questions me and my partner threw at him in confidence. Sale went through really quick and with no problems. Would definitely use them again .
Cannot praise the team at Premier motor sales enough for how great they have been with the purchase of my new car. We found, enquired, purchased and brought home my car all within the space of a week. After seeing an ad for a car on auto trader we got in contact with the company and were able to go look at the car the same day. We got there and the car had been brought out ready for us to view and we were able just to look over the car ourselves and were also offered a test drive. The guys went above and beyond to help, answered any questions we had and when we went to go collect the car they went through everything with me first car. They’d serviced and had a fresh MOT done for us and also explained everything they had done on the vehicle. We will definitely be visiting again for any future servicing or car enquiries and will be recommending to friends and family. Thankyou for making the experience of buying my first car not only easy but also enjoyable!
Extremely poor service. Car was faulty on viewing, the repairs were not carried out in the specified time, lies and excuses followed and missed delivery times. Cancelled order but did not get a full refund. Very poor communication, calls and messages ignored completely. Would not reccomend, once they have your money, the smiles stop.
Made a deal on a beautiful car! So happy with the friendly service from the guys there such as Louis who dealt with myself. The car runs smoothly and is everything they sold it to be. Thanks again!
Bought an S Max from them, they pulled out all the stops to source the car, service the car and hand over to us in 3 days, I gave them a tight schedule and they did it, amazing service and would highly recommend
Louis, Ross and the team really went the extra mile. Their selection of vehicles are top quality and they have really in depth knowledge about them too. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff. Nothing is to much trouble at all. I bought a car only a few weeks ago and I am over the moon. A bulb was needed but they didn't have one at the time so they ordered one straight away and I agreed to fit it myself! I will definitely being returning for my future MoTs and servicing as well as if I look for another car. Very very happy with the service and after care provided. Definitely a recommend from myself.
Purchased a second hand car from Guy , at Premier Motors last week. The sale was very simple as the car was perfect for us. We feel confident that we've Purchased from a great company that looks after customers even after sale. We've been in contact since pickup as awaiting something extra that was ordered and Guy has been extremely helpful and accommodating to make sure we're happy. Would definitely purchase from them again !!
