Extremely poor service. Given a token for a ride after paying through card, but refused to accept the token when presented to the ride. No communication between ride operators.
Fantastic fun for all very friendly staff and they help us with newent onion fayre every year and newent Christmas lights switch on. There job is not easy packing away and setting up the rides but that's there job. So from newent onion fayre and the Christmas lights commitee a big big big thank you is due.
Decided to throw a £20 note in the dustbin and walk on by to save money!
Fantastic fun for all ages.
This is the worst amusement park I've ever been to Gloucester they charge you even if you just want to make sure your child is safe if you don't pay 10 they won't let you in the machines are old and the staff don't look very trustworthy to let the kids do it themselves places :/ in one word defeat
