Excellent couple of nights at the hotel, great for travelling into Liverpool and down to Chester. Lovely staff, had a great stay.

Went down hill recently ..stayed here for years.... Last couple stays..room was dirty also no controll over room temp...have to ask in reception to turn heat up or down...and informed heating not working on number times... Had to get refund on wifi also as not working so children moaning nothing to do in room!! Also food in pub real greasy now & always people complaining about lack of food on buffet... Last few stays we have had problems,but stayed here a lot of times over the years with no problem & nice stay..but totaly diffrent experiance now... Wont be coming back to this hotel again....

Located on the Hive retail park with various food and entertainment options, including a cinema and ice skating rink, and makes up for the lack of restaurants onsite. The rooms are fairly modern, beds are firm and comfortable, showers have good temperature range and water pressure, though storage space in the room is a little limited. Staff are friendly and helpful, late check in was not a problem. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Room was standard and good. Meal at the restaurant was no where near as good as other premier inn restaurants.
