Excellent hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I only knocked a star off because the kettle in the room is wired into the wall so we couldn't move it out of harms way of our little one. Which was a huge hazard but apart from that it's a really good premier inn.
In general everything was good but I had an issue with the curtains they were hard to close and open and I couldn't find anywhere to call down to reception if I needed anything. Staff were friendly and polite but with the points I talked about hence dropped 1 star
We used the premier inn but only for a short Friday night stay. As we had a early 7am plane to catch from John Lennon Airport. But the room was large and very comfy. Check in great with helpful staff
Stayed 2 nights 5/6 Dec. Initial room 320 not happy as clear prob with air con system, lack of ventilation had led to excess condensation and slight mould presence. Changed rooms due to air con noise, failing to switch off. Having said that, room was a good size, relatively clean and very comfortable bed. Moved to room 203, a huge improvement, fab size, cleaner, although could be improved around toilet fittings! Lovely easy to use shower over bath set up. Major plus point were the reception staff, all very helpful and friendly Another plus was the arrangement with the Brewers Fayre, breakfast and meal facilities a short walk across the way. Decent food, pleasant staff, and plenty of space
Stayed here for New Years Eve due to visiting family. Staff at reception were all lovely, very friendly.nThe room was spacious and clean, 2 adults and 1 child in the room.nnBrilliant location, everything you needed was in walking distance.nWould stay here again if needed.nnThank you very much to all the staff there.
