Very friendly and polite staff. The hotel feels and smells very clean all the time. The rooms are clean some may say the bathroom is a bit dated but was clean. The food is good too nice options for breakfast and dinner.
Staff were great. Location was fine for the purpose of our one night stay. Room very dated, the bed frame had seen better days along time ago, hot tap on the hand basin swivelled round when trying use it, shaving light didn't work. However, the room was clean and stocked with tea and coffee etc.
What can I say apart from amazing . The hotel is clean the staff are welcoming. The food is top quality. Especially Jim's fried bread and Sara's banana cake. We are made to feel special every time we go, which is at least once every couple of months. I'm going to miss David as he has become a good friend. Angi, the manager, is brilliant and is lucky to manage such an amazing team. From housekeeping , reception, restaurant staff, bar staff, and the rest of the team, they are all fantastic and we love them all x
Good hotel for the value, great location with many shops 5 min drive away, clean rooms, good breakfast, restaurant is nice as well, does get busy at times so book your table in the morning.nFree WiFi available, but connectivity can be a bit unstable and drops out for a moment every now and then.nStaff is polite and helpful. Will book again.
Went for a Christmas party. Food was really really lovely. Music was far too loud, staff & DJ were rude when asked for it to be turned down a little bit. Cider was off so didn't drink it. Someone walking round in a Grinch suit being a bit weird & then finished off with vulgar entertainment which I couldn't watch. You expect light hearted fun at a Christmas party not striptease dances. Left at 10:20 as I'd had enough, night was a disappointment.
