We have stayed at a number of Premier Inns throughout the country and would just say that all of the staff here without exception were all wonderful. Friendly, polite and attentive - you couldn’t ask for more. If you want to see what true customer service is stay here! The restaurant both at breakfast and dinner was excellent. We had a premier room with a sea view - well worth the extra. All in all a wonderful two day break.
We stayed for 2 nights and loved it!nWe were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, bed very comfortable and shower had good pressure.nThe food in the restaurant was really nice for both evening meal and breakfast. Service was quick, food was hot and tasty too.nnWe would like to say a special thank you to Nathan and his team as they went above and beyond for our party we were staying to surprise a family member for his birthday and it was greatly appreciated!nEvery member of staff was polite and friendly
Great stay, great staff, great food!nnOn arrival we were greeted with big smiles and a warm hello. Check-in was fast and friendly, with helpful info about breakfast and dinner.nnOur room was clean, tidy, and had a lovely sea view. We went down for dinner at 5:30, which was nice and quiet — perfect for us as we have two young children. The food was good, classic pub-style, and everything came out on time and cooked really well.nnBreakfast was also excellent! All the staff were so friendly, easy to chat to, and happy to accommodate anything we needed. They even told us about the local carnival and things to do in the area.nnWe enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to book again for next year
Great location. Friendly staff. Room wasn't the standard that we've experienced at other Premier inns. The bathroom just looked grubby, with mouldy grout and shower head. The floor was dusty. The shower screen seal was nackered, resulting in the bathroom floor being flooded. I reported it, lovely lady said she would be up with a new seal. However that didn't happen so I had to get extra towels for the floor. The window was mouldy and wet. Needed another towel for the window ledge. We both found the pillows uncomfortable, but that's a personal opinion. Very disappointed, won't be returning.
I recently stayed at Premier Inn and was so impressed by the level of service, from a wonderful staff member named Holly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.nnEven when the team was short-staffed, Holly was everywhere—helping guests, managing tasks, and still taking the time to make up an extra bed for us with a smile. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for guests really stood out. It’s rare to see someone handle a busy situation with such calmness and dedication.nnHolly is a real credit to the Premier Inn team, and her efforts made our stay feel special. Thank you, Holly, for going the extra mile—you’re a star!
