Nice clean modern looks very new hotel. The staff was friendly on arrival. We arrived around 4pm so there was still lots of front parking naturally got busy as the evening went. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, the bar was quite pricey as you would expect. The rooms were nice and clean and just enough for a family of five. The hotel catered for children when they ate providing them with "little" cutlery and colourful plates and cups. There was also the crayons and colouring pads. Not much that I didn't like about the hotel.

Stayed at this location whilst visiting friends and family. Great location, need car to appreciate area. Staff very attentive and professional, rooms off a very high standard. Great facilities for disabilities. Breakfast can be very busy, although the standard and variety exceptionally appetizing. Have revisited and not disappointed. Great access for Southampton City/New Forest, great experiences. Children for pepa pig world. Highly recommended.

Decent, no-frills hotel. Major complain is that one must walk down to the restaurant to order food to dine-in, then they'll call you back so you go down to pick up your food. After doing this I realized they hadn't given me any silverware and I had to walk down again to get it. Paid 60 GBP for 2 adults and 2 kids' dinner and I had to do all that walking.

Clean, friendly staff and great facilities! They have a buffet breakfast for all the early risers and it stays on too even if you're having a lie-in. Rooms were clean and not too hot like some hotels and are all fairly new. Beds are comfy and it's only a short walk to a carvery down the road that does meals at a great price! However pizza is served at the bar in the hotel pretty much all the time if you don't fancy going out, the bar is also a nice place to sit at night before going to bed.

It is a First class budget hotel. The amount that is included is amazing, if you have forgotten one of your toiletries they will hook you up. The breakfast is included and really good. The establishment is also very clean and the staff are very professional. It may not be walking distance to anything but if you have a car, your near a lot of great shopping and other things. The walls must be thin because you can hear everything around you.
