I choose this guest house based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed.
An excellent family-run guest house managed by a lovely landlady called Jan and her daughter.
Warm, welcoming, great location, easy parking outside. Comfortable beds, clean rooms with an excellent breakfast.
A perfect spot with all restaurants, shopping, parks, beach and attractions close by. I'll definitely return here next time I'm in South Shields.

The best place that I ever been. Maybe the best in UK. Hospitality, everything are clear everyday, very good breakfast, the proprietor lady Jan is very good person creates a good atmosphare she is very kind. I am glad that I ve been there for two week and I hope to go again.
