We have stayed here a number of times whilst visiting family. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and always have a smile which says that they are happy too. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order with a really good selection for you to choose from. The location is very close to the A1 making it very accessible and there is a Toby Carvery on the same site and a sports bar to the rear which also serves food. We will definitely return.

The staff were unbelievably helpful. The meeting room was excellent and we will definitely be returning. to use the facilities. The Carvery across the road was amazing value and the rooms and night staff were a credit to the Hotel. Thanks for being our new found meeting base for the North East.

We have stayed in many Premier Inns lately but this one gets top marks from us! The staff are all so friendly, genuine and welcoming. They create a very happy atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The restaurant is also very clean and comfortable, the breakfast menu is extensive and would meet anyone's dietary requirements. Again, the staff were so attentive and welcoming. This particular Premier Inn will be our regular stop-over when in this area. Our thanks go to all the staff :-)

Stayed here with my children at the end of December. The staff were so friendly when we arrived, asked if I needed help to my room. Same friendly service in the morning, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely with a very good variety to choose from.

Always clean. Staff welcoming and very helpful. We visit regularly.
